Many, many cups of coffee... 100 cal? (Yeah, seriously drank that many!)
2 squares of chocolate and a cheese string... 150 cal...

30 minutes alternate running/walking... I really don't know, 300?
Also did 3 hours waitressing at work so a bit more then I guess.
I think I'm making most of these values up :p (Sorry, I hate these posts but I'm trying to get my head around it all) However, I think I can afford myself a post workout snack!
