All I do is eat and eat and mope at the moment. I could blame it on the monthly, but tbh that's weak. I need to get my arse in gear and start exercising and eating better again. I look in the mirror and see a fucking hulking, fat, flabby body that's going to just get bigger if I don't do anything soon.
I find that once I realise my cravings are 'just my period' I find them much easier to ignore? x
