Short term goals 1:

  • Lose a stone (before 2nd yr starts) FAIL (22/08: uni starts again in less than a month and I've gained about 6lbs since leaving.)
  • Have £1500 in savings (before 2nd yr starts) FAIL
  • Run three times a week for half an hour FAIL
  • Bake more FAIL
  • Find somewhere to live at uni Achieved!
  • Go on holiday with Andy Achieved!
  • Read more books FAIL

Short term goals 2:

  • Complete at least 10 days of the ABC FAIL
  • Be under 140lbs Achieved! Briefly. Now back over 140lbs so it stays.
  • Drink at least 1.5 litres of water a day FAIL
  • Keep on top of work FAIL
  • Stop skipping lectures and cheerleading/zumba/gymnastics/exercise! FAIL

Long term (1 year +) goals:
  • Stay SH free FAIL (relapse; 7th December)
  • Update this blog at least once a week FAIL
  • Reach goal weight of 8 stone/112lbs
  • Get a 2:1 in 2nd yr
  • Get 2:1 overall in degree
  • Learn to drive
  • Get a better job!
