I know it's not the most healthy or sensible diet but I desperately need a kick start to get myself on track. These last 10 days have just been horrendous, binging every day, not exercising and half the time not even going to lectures or getting out of bed until 3pm. Not been to cheerleading or exercised since... the 5th. Fuck me. No wonder I'm fat... 


Rules:
- Weigh in/measure self only on Mondays
- Any extra cals must be burnt off with cardio
- Minimum of 40 minutes exercise a day
- Minimum of 1.5 litres of water drunk each day
- Post a picture to record progress every Monday as well


I'm determined to do this!

Hi, I am new follower, and I hope what I am going to say doesn't make u think i am trying to be rude, I read your about me and you said you are here to rant and also to get advice, well I made my blog to inspire to lose weight a heatlhy way, I know how frustrating it is to do so, I am myself struggling with it, but as you said the ABC diet is not the healthiest, you are right but not only are you starving your body you will gain the weight back once you go back to your regular diet, I hope you are aware of the consequences you can cause your body. I wish you the best and I hope you stay healthy and strong. with all my best intentions
