Do sit-up/crunches, planks, push-ups, lunges, squats, jumping jacks, ect. Put on some music and dance. Jump around. Exercise videos online. Or get videos from a library. Just start small. Like do a 10 minute walk and 10 crunches, 10 squats, 10 jumping jacks, and see if you can do 5 push-ups.
